This page explains the current preparation, tracking, and delivery estimates for Flux Jersey orders. Destination availability and the final shipping option are confirmed during checkout.
Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility
Free shipping is available for eligible destinations on qualifying orders of US$60 or more. Some destinations have a US$80 threshold; others currently have no free-shipping offer. Available shipping methods and the final cost depend on your delivery address and are shown at checkout.
Order preparation
Standard preparation normally takes 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customized names, numbers, or patches may require additional preparation. Orders may also be held briefly when address or payment details need review.
Estimated delivery times
- United States and Canada: approximately 12–18 days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom: approximately 8–14 days after dispatch.
- Europe: approximately 10–18 days after dispatch.
- Other supported destinations: approximately 10–21 days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations, customs, peak periods, weather, remote destinations, and incorrect addresses can cause delays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent after dispatch. Tracking events may take several business days to appear. If an order contains multiple items, packages may arrive separately.
Customs and import charges
Customers are responsible for checking local import rules and for any customs duty, tax, handling fee, or delivery restriction applied by the destination country. Flux Jersey cannot control customs inspection times.
Address changes and delivery issues
Review the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect; an address cannot always be changed after preparation or dispatch. For a missing or delayed package, send your order number and tracking details through the Contact Us page.
