Orders and product information

Please review the product title, images, selected version, size, customization options, price, and delivery information before ordering. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may contact you if an option is unavailable, an address is incomplete, or a listing contains an obvious pricing or inventory error.

Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Currency conversion, card-issuer, customs, or import charges may be applied by third parties and are not controlled by Flux Jersey. Do not send payment using instructions received outside fluxjersey.ru or our published support email.

Customization

You are responsible for checking every selected name, number, and patch before payment. Customized items cannot normally be changed or cancelled after production begins and are subject to the exclusions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and delivery

Preparation and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Carrier, customs, weather, address, and destination restrictions can affect delivery. Customers must provide a complete delivery address and monitor tracking updates.

Returns and mandatory rights

Return requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer’s applicable jurisdiction.

Accounts and acceptable use
